What happens once I have submitted the request for support form?

Once you have received an acknowledgement receipt, a departmental officer will be in contact with you within 5-7 business days to discuss your project needs.

Will I have just the one case manager?

Yes, a case manager will be appointed to your project. Their role is to understand all aspects of your project proposal and to provide support in your other interactions with government representatives including setting up introductions.

Does this mean I can't contact anyone else in state government?

The purpose of a case manager is to be a single point of contact for proponents on behalf of state government. One of their responsibilities is to direct you to the right government areas that you need to deal with to meet your project objectives.

What if my project includes confidential information?

All interactions between proponents and case managers are considered Commercial in Confidence.

How much does this service cost?

This is a free service. However, there may be other state government processes that will involve a cost, such as access to title information.

Does this service ensure guaranteed approvals?

No. While case managers provide support during approval processes, proponents must adhere to all regulatory obligations required.
