Business model to business plan

This workshop will help businesses understand their current business model and how to implement this as part of their overall business planning process. From this, businesses can assess the impact of changes in the marketplace or accessing new markets they may need to target to be competitive.

A workshop to help businesses develop a high impact capability statement (an outline of the business capabilities and skills), which is essential for participating and securing tendering opportunities and sub-contract work. Topics covered in this session help businesses develop their overall marketing message to help them differentiate themselves from their competitors and effectively market their product or service.

This workshop focuses on the four key diversification strategies and the product portfolio mix to enable attendees to map ideas for diversification against the risk and provides tools to develop and implement a diversification plan.
