(Prior to 21 December 2012, these projects were called 'significant projects'.)

* The Gold Coast International Marine Precinct was redeclared a 'significant project' on 7 July 2011.
Status descriptions
Approved with conditions - The Coordinator-General has determined that the project can proceed subject to conditions designed to ensure the project's environmental impacts are properly managed.
Refused - The Coordinator-General has refused the project on the grounds that its environmental impacts cannot be adequately addressed.
