Description Two coal export terminals with a combined capacity of up to 180 million tonnes per annum; and associated infrastructure.

  • dredging of approximately 13-15 million m3 to create berth pockets and a departure apron for ships
  • expanded tug facilities to accommodate up to 10 extra tug and service berths.
