Key features	open-cut coal mine coal handling and processing infrastructure rail infrastructure, including a seven-kilometre rail spur connecting to the proposed Surat Basin Rail line 23-kilometre high-voltage transmission line connecting to the proposed Wandoan substation water supply pipeline from Wolleebee Creek to Glebe Weir or Dawson River
