Impacted workers concerned about their entitlements, should contact their employer in the first instance.

For assistance and advice specific to your individual circumstances, please contact the following Australian Government offices:

• Centrelink
  Financial assistance may be available to you through Centrelink.  For more information visit their website or contact Centrelink on 13 23 00.
• Redundancy entitlements
  If you lost your job because your employer went bankrupt or into liquidation and you are owed certain redundancy entitlements, you may be eligible for financial help through the Fair Entitlements Guarantee.  For more information please visit the website or call 1300 135 040.
• Fair Work Ombudsman
  The Fair Work Ombudsman can provide advice about eligibility for redundancy and other payments as determined by legislation.  For more information visit the website or call 13 13 94.
