The Building our Regions program provides funding for infrastructure projects in regional communities that improve liveability and economic conditions.

Royalties for the Regions

The Royalties for the Regions program ran over four years from 2012–13 to 2015–16 and provided support for infrastructure projects that addressed identified local needs. The Royalties for the Regions program has now closed.

Remote Area Boards

Remote Area Boards (RABs) undertake regional development activities in remote regions of Queensland. We provide funding to RABs to support delivery of economic development projects, services and activities in remote regional communities.
